About Vantexa
Founder of Vantexa, with 35+ years in corporate accounting. I help owners grow with confidence, build simple structure and get their time back.
After 35+ years in corporate accounting, I started Vantexa for one reason: to help business owners grow their businesses and build them so they can actually enjoy what they've made.
Over and over, I see the same pattern. Owners doing too much work. Taking responsibility for every little thing. Rarely stepping away. There are no clear procedures, so when someone leaves, there's nothing to train the next person with, and it all lands back on the owner. Many of them know their business better than anyone, but they don't know how to market it or bring in new customers. And for smaller businesses, it's often the numbers: falling behind on bookkeeping, not knowing the difference between good revenue and bad revenue, or between being profitable and having cash in the bank.
The moment that's stuck with me most isn't one moment. It's watching brilliant men and women build something remarkable at the expense of their personal lives and relationships. It doesn't have to work that way.
I want you to feel confident that you can scale without going under, and to feel the freedom of real time away from your business.
What I love most is working with a team and watching someone new gain the knowledge to become great at what they do, and the confidence to keep moving forward. That's what Vantexa is built to do for owners.
A little about me: I grew up on the ocean, and I'm still happiest fishing or near the water. I've moved a lot over the years, and I love meeting new people everywhere I go. These days I live on a farm with my wonderful, very supportive husband, John, and our four big dogs: two Great Danes, a Karakachan and a Rottweiler. They're our kids. John and I love to travel, and I'm a big believer in building a business that lets you do the same.
If you're carrying your whole business on your shoulders, you're in the right place.
